Assess your mental health with these simple screening tools
These tools can be a starting point for self-awareness but they are not intended to replace a proper diagnosis by a professional.
- ADHD: Do you often struggle with focus, attention, or impulsivity? This screening tool helps identify symptoms of ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), providing insights into behavior patterns that may require further evaluation and intervention.
- Alcohol & other drugs: This screening tool assesses your use of alcohol and other substances, helping to determine the presence and extent of substance use disorders. Early detection is key to effective treatment and recovery.
- Depression: Our depression screening tool evaluates signs and symptoms of depression, offering a crucial first step in diagnosing and treating this common but serious mental health condition.
- Gambling: Gambling can become problematic for some individuals. This screening can help identify problematic gambling behaviors and offer resources for support.
